About the department

The IT department is responsible for UCN's overall IT operation and development. The core task of the IT department is to support UCN's day-to-day activities by providing reliable and up-to-date IT solutions to staff and students. At the same time, the IT department supports and facilitates UCN's development through ongoing development of the IT environment. This is done in close collaboration with UCN's study programmes and administration

The IT department has many different fields of work, so to ensure that our resources are spent well, we primarily work based on the tasks registered in our HelpDesk. In that way we are able to survey, register and prioritise our tasks.

No matter what kind of IT problem or task, such as purchasing, network, printer or e-mail, you can contact the Service Centre HelpDesk on tel. 72 69 99 99 or servicecenter@ucn.dk. The HelpDesk ensures a structured treatment and follow-up on your questions and requests.
