HelpDesk can also help solve your IT problems by taking over your computer.

That requires you to have an internet connection and to use the TeamViewer program. For employees with a UCN computer, the program is installed per default.
Students, course participants, etc. can be guided by the HelpDesk employee in the use of TeamViewer, which you will find on: www.teamviewer.com.
