UCN Service Centre can help with:

No matter your question or problem, you can go to the Service Centre. If the Service Centre cannot help you, they will find someone who can.
Study Administration
Monday: 8.00 – 15.00

The Study Administration is closed for lunch between 11.30 and 12.00.
The Study Administration handles all administrative tasks concerning your study, including:
- Study-related questions
- Admission
- Exam planning
- SU (student grant) case handling
- Communication with students and lecturers
The Café

The canteen at Hobrovej is called the Café. The Café is serviced by L & L Catering. You can get breakfast from 7.30 to 9.30 and lunch from 11.00 to 13.00, and the Café offers fruit, sweets, cakes, etc. from 7.30 to 15.00 (Friday until 13.30).
Library

You find the entrance to the library in the atrium to the left of the main entrance. The library is open 24/7. Loans and returns take place via the automatic self-service device at the entrance.

The bookshop for Campus Hobrovej's study programmes is found on Campus Sofiendalsvej 60.
Parking and transport
Campus Hobrovej has bicycle and car parking for staff and students free of charge. There are good bus connections to Campus Hobrovej – find them on the journey planer, Rejseplanen. Campus Hobrovej is located two kilometres from the railway and bus station.

Study environment
Campus Hobrovej has a tradition of annual sports days, festive end of season celebrations, and colourful intro and graduation parties. And the students have their own Friday Bar.
Several of the study programmes are offered in English, which means that everyday life is character-ised by an international environment with students from different cultures. As a student you are able to increase your knowledge of other cultures at close hand and continuously improve your English skills.
