Learn about the admission requirements for the Bachelor of Education programme at UCN

Start of term

The programme starts each year in the middle of August.

Campus address

The campus address is Mylius Erichsens Vej 137, Aalborg.

Introduction days

Before study start UCN organises introduction days to give you information about your study programme and student life in Aalborg. Attendance to the introduction days is mandatory.

Admission requirements

General upper secondary education or international or European baccalaureate. Find your specific general admission requirements in list of foreign qualifications for entry to higher education in Denmark listed by country of graduation.

To qualify for admission applicants must have achieved a grade point average (GPA) of at least 7.0 (‘C ‘on the ECTS scale) from their qualifying upper secondary education.

If there are more applicants than availability, the applicants with the highest grade-average in this quota will be admitted. Admission will be based on the 7-point grading scale.

Applicants may also be admitted on the basis of an entrance examination. The entrance exam is based on the principle of multiple mini interviews.

New Danish language requirements will apply in 2018.
Applicants are required to document B2 Danish language proficiency prior to admission.
