On the Financial Management programme, you must choose between the electives

The specialisation consists of three elements:

  • An elective (specialisation) 
  • Work placement
  • Final examination project

Elective element

We offer the following electives:

  • Counselling and the financial retail market 
  • Financial management in private and public companies

You can only complete a single elective element within the prescribed period of study.

Work placement

You will go on a 3 month work placement. The work placement will be completed from early January to early April. In connection with the work placement, specific learning goals will be agreed between you, the work placement host and the work placement supervisor.

Final examination project

The final exam project must document the your ability to handle a complex problem in relation to a specific assignment within the area of finance in a methodical manner.

The problem statement may be prepared in collaboration with a financial institution or with the financial departments of a private or public sector company.
