Admission Procedure EU/EEA citizens
On this page citizens from EU countries as well as EEA countries (EEA = Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland) will learn how to apply for this programme
Apply for admission
You can apply for admission from 1 February. Any available study places will be listed on www.ucn.dk/availableplaces from 26 July.
How do I apply?
You can apply through our online application form for the top-up programmes. During the application period you can find a an application button on this page.
You can apply from 1 February. Deadline for application is 5 July at 12:00 (noon).
What should I upload?
MANDATORY DOCUMENTS
- A copy of your passport or ID card
- Final Diploma and transcript of records with ECTS points, i.e. your grades from the last 2 semesters. If you do not have the Final Diploma yet, please attach the grades from the last 2 semesters. All translated into English by an authorized translator
- English test
- Motivation letter – stating why you want to go to Denmark, why you chose Aalborg/UCN and why you chose the specific programme you are applying for
- Curriculum of your degree programme containing the subjects that you have followed
- Contracts or/and recommendations from job experience, competitions, sport activities etc. All translated into English
- Recommendations from your teachers (in English)

A STUDENT FROM ANOTHER DANISH UNIVERSITY COLLEGE?
If you have graduated from a Danish university college – or will graduate this year, then you have to upload the following documents:
- Final Diploma and transcript of records, i.e. your grades from the last 2 semesters. If you do not have the Final Diploma yet, please attach the grades from the last 2 semesters.
- Motivation letter
- Documentation that relates to this programme’s selection criteria
What is the application deadline?
The deadline for top-up programmes at UCN is 5 July at 12 (noon).
